Eligibility
Request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have viewed less than 10% of the course content.
How to request
Use the Contact page and choose "Get help with my account", including your receipt number.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Free trials
Free trials don't require payment and simply expire at the end of the trial period.
